Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Manage inventory control, including restocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and processing shipments
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Portland locations
