Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Support floor moves and seasonal displays during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays 10am-9pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
