Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS: Accurately operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, shelves stocked, and the store environment clean and inviting.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers to offer assistance and inform them about promotions.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments and organizing inventory to maintain stock levels.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Math Skills: Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash transactions and change.
