As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
