Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Manage store operations during shifts, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
