Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain an inviting store appearance.
- Restock shelves and inventory areas as needed to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic math and cash handling is advantageous.
