Responsibilities
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommendations for smartphones, laptops, and smart home devices
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage inventory counts and ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and product knowledge to drive sales satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Participate in weekend promotions and special events to maximize sales performance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
