Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Process orders and payments accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover with efficiency
- Upsell premium menu items and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience in high-volume settings
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Tennessee Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and order management
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
