Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing and accurately priced.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
