Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently and accurately within scheduled weekend shifts.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery (if applicable) following all safety protocols.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including scanning and data entry with high precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
