Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate organization of products on shelves and in the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks and palletizing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Process customer returns and handle basic customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
