The Role:
In this position, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have an outstanding shopping experience while efficiently managing transactions and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishing displays.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
