Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during the weekend peak hours.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment and scanning systems safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday).
- Previous experience in customer service or warehousing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
