Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and performing stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Cash handling duties, including opening and closing the register safely and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
