Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend retail operations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Organize and restock merchandise to meet weekend demand spikes
- Operate POS systems and resolve basic customer inquiries
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with weekend team members for seamless shift transitions
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-10pm)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Boston locations
- Flexibility to cover 2-3 weekend shifts weekly
