Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
