Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist with stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock items to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising displays and store promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City location.
