Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency during weekend operations.
- Manage and process customer transactions accurately, ensuring high levels of data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia or NY area offices.
