Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory accurately and efficiently using warehouse equipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners to process orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform basic quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
- Must possess a valid forklift license if operating heavy machinery.
