Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to local patrons and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash with strict accountability.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly to management.
- Open and close the store safely, ensuring security protocols are followed during shift transitions.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early morning or late shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
