Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and organize warehouse storage areas.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
