Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend retail hours (Fri-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store presentation through restocking, merchandising, and cleaning
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation procedures and inventory checks
Qualifications
