Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain facility safety standards
- Respond promptly to patient requests and ensure comfort
- Manage inventory and restock medical supplies
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA protocols
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/LNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
