Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking shelves during the weekend shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach location.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
