Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and scanning of customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
