Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash management
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise meets visual standards
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain efficient store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support daily opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
