Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in processes and maintain accurate records during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and appointment adherence
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance verification
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and patient-friendly facility environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating shifts
