Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 4-5 associates during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Process payroll documentation and time records weekly
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting systems
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of logistics or warehouse management experience
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
