Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts
- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Assist with admissions and discharge procedures
- Participate in weekend team briefings and handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
