Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a pristine store environment, including organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Register Support: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process returns efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Manage daily cash drops and reconcile register balances at the end of each shift with 100% accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store goals are met and operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in securing the facility, setting up displays for the weekend rush, and performing closing audits.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
