Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care assistance including mobility support and personal hygiene
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams for seamless patient transitions
- Assist with therapeutic activities and patient engagement programs
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Comply with HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Background check and drug screen clearance
