Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine empathy for patients
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Bayshore location
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Background check and drug screening required
