Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records

- Assist patients with daily living activities while preserving dignity

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in acute or long-term care setting
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible availability
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
