Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain clean, safe environments following healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Arizona CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Availability to work consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic healthcare settings
