Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain organized stock shelves and ensure product displays meet visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Uphold cleanliness standards across sales floor and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store resets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 16+ years of age
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave SW location
