Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend shopping hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Assist with inventory stocking, rotation, and visual merchandising
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment to uphold store standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to San Jose Tech Plaza location
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
