Responsibilities
- Perform loading, unloading, and inventory stocking operations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and correctly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before final shipment.
- Complete all required paperwork and time logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
