Responsibilities
- Safe Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine safety checks on machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a clean driving record.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
