Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Site Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
