- Execute inventory management protocols using RF scanners
- Coordinate with logistics team for weekend shipping deadlines
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal disruption
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and handover reports
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven leadership ability in team settings
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
