Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure store excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and daily deposits accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and returns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
