Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional service during weekend rushes
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

- Adhere to all safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible and reliable with punctual attendance
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willing to obtain)
