Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing product knowledge, and suggesting complementary items to increase sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
