Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations and team performance
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment during shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines for weekend displays
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate shift records
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations handoff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
