Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Manage team of 4-6 retail associates with scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising directives
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (6 AM - 11 PM shifts)
- Proficient in POS systems and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
