Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations at high-volume retail locations
- Train and supervise part-time staff (4-6 team members)
- Inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Process daily transactions and end-of-day reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable transportation for multi-location assignments
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
