Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Supervise 5-8 team members in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Process same-day payroll documentation for team members
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
