Responsibilities
- Manage team of 4-6 weekend associates in retail/service environment
- Process daily payroll through our mobile app (payments within 24 hours)
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues during peak weekend hours
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate weekend activity logs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Austin locations
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Must pass weekend-specific background check
