Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations for 5-10 team members across diverse client sites
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and client service standards
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and staffing coverage
- Train and mentor new team members on company procedures
- Resolve client escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Submit accurate weekly payroll documentation
- Conduct post-shift performance reviews and improvement planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to adapt schedules with 48-hour notice flexibility
- Valid California driver's license (for site travel)
- Basic proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
