Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service quality
- Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Coordinate with security team for crowd control during peak hours
- Submit comprehensive shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory background preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
